    Refund Poilicy

    We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Sanrio purchase! If you're not entirely satisfied, here's our refund policy:

    What items are eligible for a refund?

    To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

    • Current Merchandise: The item must be from our current merchandise collection.

    • Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.

    • Original Packaging & Tags: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Shoeboxes, if applicable, must not have tape or shipping labels directly on them.

    • Within 30 Days: The return must be initiated and received within 30 days of your package's order date or store purchase date (exceptions may apply for APO/FPO addresses, please contact customer service).

    • Free Promotional Items: If your order included a free promotional item, that item must also be returned in its original condition and packaging. Failure to return the free gift will result in the full retail price of the promotional item being deducted from your refund amount.

       

    What items are non-refundable?

    The following items are generally not eligible for a refund:

    • Discounted Merchandise: All sale items, clearance promotions (e.g., "red tag" or marked-down prices), and discounted merchandise are considered final sale.

       

    • Hygiene Items:

      • Pierced earrings

      • Body piercing jewelry

      • Intimate apparel

    • Customized Products: Items that have been personalized or customized.

    • Gift Sets marked "Final Sale": If a gift set is explicitly stated as "final sale" at the time of purchase.

    • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable.

    • Items Not Received by Us: We will not provide a refund for any item that we do not receive or that does not otherwise comply with our Return Policy.

    If a non-refundable item (such as pierced earrings or a final sale gift set) arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance, as special arrangements may be made for replacements or store credit in such cases.

    When will I receive my refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Team, we will process your refund. From start to finish, please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected back to you.

    Here's a general breakdown of the timeline:

    1. Return Travel: It may take up to 5-7 business days for your returned package to reach our Returns Team on the West Coast after you ship it.

    2. Processing by Returns Team: Once received, it typically takes 3-7 business days for our team to inspect and process your return.

    3. Refund Reflection: After your items are processed, you should see the refund reflected back to your original form of payment within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

    You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
